• Scaling Impact: Our 5-year goal is to enable 5,000+ Divyangjan annually to secure stable government roles.

• Economic Transformation: By Year 5, we aim for our candidates to generate over ₹100 crores in direct annual income, contributing significantly to India's GDP and tax revenue.

• Systemic Shift: We work to influence national policy so that the 4% reservation becomes a floor, not a ceiling, for disability inclusion nationwide.
